Refunds & Returns Policy
Should any problem arise with the product you’ve bought, please reach out to us at hello@breezetents.co.za within 14 days of receiving your package. If there’s an apparent manufacturing error, we’ll promptly replace the item at no cost.
In the uncommon situation where an online purchase turns out to be out of stock, Breeze will make every effort to substitute it with a comparable item or issue a refund. We’ll get in touch with the customer to coordinate the necessary arrangements in such cases.
